Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. B2B Only Service

FulfillYY is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) logistics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) infrastructure. Access to our API, webhooks, and dashboard is restricted to verified corporate entities engaged in e-commerce fulfillment. We do not provide services to individual consumers (B2C) for personal use.

2. Nature of Communications (Transactional Only)

The FulfillYY infrastructure utilizes email and webhook gateways solely for the transmission of mission-critical system data. Marketing, promotional, or cold-outreach emails are strictly prohibited. Approved use cases include:

• Automated System Alerts (e.g., low inventory warnings, API sync errors).
• Workflow Notifications (e.g., dispatch confirmations, tracking ID generation).
• Financial and Compliance Documents (e.g., commercial invoices, quality control reports).

3. Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and spam. Clients utilizing our infrastructure must strictly adhere to international anti-spam legislation (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL). The use of purchased, rented, or scraped email lists will result in immediate API revocation and account termination without refund.

4. Account Verification & Double Opt-In

Security and deliverability are paramount. All administrative accounts and programmatic endpoints provisioned on the FulfillYY platform require rigorous verification. We mandate a Double Opt-In (DOI) process for all authorized system administrators receiving automated infrastructure alerts to ensure absolute deliverability and consent.
