Information We Collect (Processor Role)
As a dropshipping fulfillment provider, FulfillYY acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our B2B clients (Data Controllers). We process the minimum necessary endpoint data required to execute physical logistics, including shipping addresses, order SKUs, and tracking identifiers.
Data Retention & Deletion
Transactional fulfillment data is retained for a period of 90 days for SLA compliance, tracking verification, and dispute resolution purposes. Following this period, all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) belonging to end-consumers is automatically anonymized within our WMS.
Third-Party Sub-Processors
To ensure global delivery, necessary routing data is securely transmitted to authorized logistics sub-processors (e.g., DHL, FedEx, local postal authorities). We strictly audit our partners to ensure corresponding compliance with data protection regulations.
